If you’re the owner
Your morning screen shows only what needs a decision today. Each studio card shows the classes today, teachers on, reformers open, and any alerts.
Urgent things reach you right away. Everything else waits quietly for your morning review, so you’re never pulled in for things your team already handled.
Tap an action to handle it in one step — approve cover, book a repair, send renewals.
If you’re a studio manager
You see your studio only: today’s classes with how full they are, who’s teaching, and the live status of any cover request as teachers respond.
Use the report buttons for anything that comes up, and check “the owner needs this now” only when it truly can’t wait — otherwise it lands on the owner’s morning screen. The owner can already see your screen, so you never need to call.
If you’re a teacher
You see your own classes today. Three buttons cover the usual: “I can’t make it today,” “I’m running late,” and “Something needs fixing.” Pick the closest option and add a note if you like.
If a class needs cover, you’ll get a simple card — just yes or no, no explanation needed either way.
How cover works
When a teacher can’t make a class, Studio Flow quietly asks the most suitable teacher who isn’t already scheduled that day, waits a short while, then moves to the next person. It only reaches the owner if every option is exhausted close to class time.
